In 2018, EMBRACING RACE - The Conversation was founded by Collingswood, NJ residents Mary Anne Degenhart, Tony DeSantis, Pastor Brent  Miller, and Pastor Lorraine Harris. The group has grown to more than 1000 people on its email chain and meets monthly. Our Conversations include author events, guest speakers, reports on community partnerships, discussions of books, films, and relevant issues.  Currently, EMBRACING RACE’s diverse core leadership team includes Mary Anne Degenhart, Myna Barbee, Ingrid French, and Dan Harrington.
